This happy birthday cartoon pop up card is designed by Jonathan Emmett and you can find template for the pop up card at his site, Scribble Street. There are 2 version of template that you can download. The first one is black and white version which you can color yourself into any color that you like. While the second version is full colored same as the card that you see in the sample image.
