A cute and creative cartoon theme pop up for birthday card, free black and white, and colored version template and pattern to print out.

At first glance it looks simple but after I took a closer look at the animated gif image, it can be grouped into a creative art work. Funny and cute cartoon pop up card that you can send as happy birthday card to your friends and acquaintances or may be boyfriend or girlfriend if they are into cartoons. Well, I think I saw the cartoon somewhere but I can not recognize what cartoon. If anybody know, can you light me up and tell me what cartoon series?

This happy birthday cartoon pop up card is designed by Jonathan Emmett and you can findĀ  template for the pop up card at his site, Scribble Street. There are 2 version of template that you can download. The first one is black and white version which you can color yourself into any color that you like. While the second version is full colored same as the card that you see in the sample image.     I did this card, and as cute as the design is, the folding of it was extremely difficult–for me, hard to follow in the directions as I couldn’t see where they were folding the lines. I had to do my best to wing it, and in the end, the characters were more hidden, and more on the above side. Won’t be attempting this one again anytime soon.

    This is very useful. ^^ Do you have the copy of the steps how to do it? I couldn’t have the access to the website for the steps but I was able to get the template.
