Origami tutorial: How to make iris flower origami


 

Want to try to make flower origami to give it to someone? Then, Check these easy step by step tutorials on making Iris flower origami.

Making an origami is easy if there is a tutorial. From my experience visual / video tutorial and instruction is the best. Not like paper model, origami need a little bit of skill and knowledge on how to make the folding. There are many types of folding which come with certain names. Well, you will be exposed with a few basic origami folding in these tutorial.

Iris flower origami

It’s basic of the basic, and it’s a good thing to start from the fundamental. Many thanks to danbergam for these detail iris flower origami tutorial. You can also check more of his origami project from his youtube profile. So now, just get ready with your origami paper and study the tutorials. Start with tutorial 1 and so on.

Tutorial 1

A basic folding to make the preliminary base which can be further used to make many type of origami. The very basic folding I can say.

The second folding is the frog base which is the advance folding from preliminary base. You can also make a crane origami after this step which is actually my first origami that I learned when I was a child.
