It’s 90° pop up that can also be used as card. A creative and beautiful pop up card with free pattern to download.

These pop up card patterns that I’m talking about can be found at Handmade Papercraft Club, a japanese site. There are actually hundred of pop ups that you can find on the craft pag but our focus is only on the free sample section since the other patterns are for private members. Well, they are least beautiful but free nevertheless so better than nothing. For free samples, you can choose between 6 pop ups pattern; news, a penguin couple, fishing bear, 1st anniversary and a simple castle.

So how do think about this new finding? It’s a collection of 90° pop up that is suitable as greeting card and such. The samples shown above are made with plain white papers but you can make them more attractive by using colored papers. All depend on your imagination.

There is no instruction provided for this pop up. So I’ll just explain the basic rules. They are; cut through black straight line. Do a mountain fold for blue line and valley fold for red line. Also prepare a base card to paste the pattern onto if you want to turn it into a pop up card. Well, just check the sample image for better a view.
